This is a cute set made by TICKLE ME NEW YORK , ZOODLES and GAP.  The knit top is made by TICKLE ME and is black and white stripe with tie bows on the sleeves. A cute rubber print of different retro shoes. Some with silk flowers, black netting and studded rhinestones.  The print of the shoes is perfect except the very first pink shoe with the black netting bow has a slight imperfection on the print.   This was bought this way, the top is so busy you can't really tell anyway.  Top has no stains, tears, fade or pile...was only worn twice....50% cotton, 50% polyester, size Small 7/8. The black leggings are made by GAP KIDS and have an elastic waistband....90% cotton, 10% lycra, size Medium (7/8). Pants are NEW with TAGS and in EXCELLENT CONDITION.  The hair bow barrette is made by ZOODLES..the flower matches the flower perfect on the one shoe.  Bow is NEW on CARD.
